After 35 years in entertainment, working in both Los Angeles and New York City, I have a seasoned arsenal of tools, methods, and tips to lead you to success.  Navigating any industry along with the politics and various ups and downs require the best of us to call on our mentors and coaches for wisdom and support.  I have spent my career mentoring next generations enter into the workforce, and I continue to help them on their journeys in entertainment and business.  A great leader is one who wants to pass the torch and help those around them be successful in whatever field they desire to master.  During my tenure at MTV and FOX Entertainment, I worked with all departments within a business and on their various synergy projects and initiatives.  I have helped build businesses, studios, and shows from the ground up.  I understand the challenges and navigation required to get parties on board and delivering top products and outcomes.  I truly enjoy motivating those anxious to learn, grow and reach for the stars.  I frequently tailor my approach to various group needs, or I can offer private services.  The sky is the limit out there!!!
